NO RETURN - NO REFUND
- Digital codes/downloads
- Opened software
- Opened video games
- Scratched prepaid gift cards
- Scratched prepaid gaming cards

RETURNS
- We accept returns within 60 days from the date of purchase, either for a refund or replacement
- Approved returns must be sent within 14 days after approval
- Please allow up to 3-7 business days after delivery date for us to process your return and initiate your refund or replacement

RETURNS CAUSED FROM OUR END
(Wrong item, size, color, version, and defective item)
- We will provide prepaid return label
- Full refund

RETURNS CAUSED FROM YOUR END
(nothing is wrong with the item)
- You pay for return cost
- If retail box is opened: 15% restocking fee
- If retail box is unopened: full refund

SHIPPING
- We ship within 1-2 business days
- We only offer Free Standard Shipping with tracking number
- We do not ship to outside of contiguous US
- Estimated delivery time is within 3-10 business days

CANCELLATION
- Cancellation window is 30 minutes after placing the order
- After that 30-mins window passed, the order will enter the shipping process and can no longer be canceled
- If you still don't want to keep the item, please let us know when the package arrives. We will arrange your return authorization (RMA) for a refund.
